Bach & Co. is a new Danish independent publishing house with its heart in children’s and young adult literature – and with both experience and ambition. We publish stories that move, surprise, and stay with you: from board books and picture books to novels, series, and nonfiction – in print, digital, and audio formats. Our list includes both accessible and more demanding titles, original Danish works and translations.

Behind the new publishing house is experienced publisher Christian Bach, now building something new from the ground up – combining editorial and commercial strength, flexible partnerships, and a vision for sustainable publishing.

Bach & Co. is owned by three holding companies: Bach Ventures ApS, owned by founder Christian Bach; LPKA ApS, a family-owned holding company with an investment spirit and passion, which among other initiatives is behind TUK – a child-friendly read-and-listen concept that creates magical reading experiences by combining audiobooks with printed books; and VossNova Ventures ApS, owned by Henrik Nyholm Voss, former Vice President of Corporate Finance at Egmont and CFO at Lindhardt & Ringhof.

At Bach & Co., everything starts with the story – the kind that deserves to reach its readers: in classrooms, in bedrooms, and in the hearts of young people.
